Sunny’s Poke Bowl

  • 4-5 ounces Ahi Tuna cut in cubes
  • 1 oz pickled carrots and Diacon
  • 1 oz shaved asparagus
  • 1 oz shaved radish
  • 1/2 oz sliced shallots
  • 1/2 oz cut green onion
  • 1/4 sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Coconut Rice
  • 1 1/2 oz Poke sauce
  • In a bowl, layer the bottom with Coconut Rice.  On top add the Pickled Carrots & Diacon, radish, shaved asparagus and sliced avocado
  • In a separate bowl, mix Ahi Tuna, shallots, green onion & Poke sauce 
  • Place tuna mixture on top of rice bowl and garnish with 1 tsp each of sesame seeds and puffed rice
