Monkey Bread

Monkey Bread:

Roll dough out until ½ inch thick. Cut into squares and fill each square with Nutella. Pinch the corners together making into balls. Toss the balls into a cinnamon sugar mixture.Preheat oven to 325℉. Spray baking mold with nonstick spray. Arrange dough balls into pan, once arranged pour caramel mixture over the top. Proof monkey bread for 30 minutes on top of stove or refrigerator. Once doubled in size bake monkey bread for 15 – 25 minutes depending on size of pan. Allow to cool before turning out of pan.

Cinnamon Sugar:

1 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Caramel:

8 oz Brown Sugar

1 stick of Butter
