Try It Out


Defense Smoothie Recipe yield
1 (16 oz) smoothie
1/8 c fresh ( or frozen) Thai coconut meat
1 c fresh (or frozen)  pineapple ( make sure it is at the peak of ripeness, very yellow for the best flavor)
1/3 c fresh (or frozen) blueberries
1/4 c dried blueberries
1/2 c Thai coconut water
1/4 c fresh (or frozen) mango
1 tbsp raw sugar ( or honey)
Cut all your ingredients into small pieces and place in a blender, add coconut water and sweetener of your choice. Blend  until completely smooth, about 2 minutes. Serve garnished with a pineapple slice on the side of your glass.  Enjoy with great friends!
