Jordan Vineyard & Winery

The monthly Wine & Dine series with Jeremy Ford, Top Chef winner and Executive Chef of Restaurants at The Miami Beach EDITION, will pair Matador Room’s award-winning cuisine with exclusive wines from Jordan Vineyard & Winery. The dinner will feature a customized five-course menu following hors d’oeuvres at the Matador Bar welcome reception. Seating is limited to 35 guests, therefore guests are encouraged to reserve their spots in advance.

 

Jordan Vineyard & Winery combine advancements in fruit sourcing, oak aging and precision farming to develop its wines. Jordan wines are grown in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County in California. Founded by Tom and Sally Jordan, they sought to create the first Bordeaux-style California Cabernet Sauvignon that was young yet beautifully aged.

Dinner is priced at $193.50 per person.
