Shrimp – 6 oz

Watermelon (1⁄2 inch diced) – 3 oz

Thai Basil (hand torn) – 3 each

Cucumber (julienned) – 2 oz

Red Onion (julienned) – 1 oz

Ponzu Shoyu – 4 oz

Kosher Salt – 1/4 tbsp

Cilantro (chopped) – pinch
